Superheroes and the Law
Here is a link to a few webpages that some of you may find interesting. These superhero blogs are very similar to something I once ran, and are complete time-sucks.

Thanks for the links, Sorry to hear you wont be continuing with your own law/scifi site. I read a few of your articles and found then well presented, articulate, and intelligent. I never felt in a position to comment however as I hadn't read (that I can recall offhand) the stories in question. Did you ever write up you thought re the Gowachin legal setting?

I discussed the first book, which had some legal content.inhuien wrote:Thanks for the links, Sorry to hear you wont be continuing with your own law/scifi site. Ill do the second one on the legal section of the OBR once I reread that book. Just to be clear, I am going to continue doing legal analysis; just not on that second site any more. It will all be on my book review page under the Legal Themed SF tab.

Good call, I thought having the second site was spreading yourself a bit thin as far as visibility and easy navigation goes.

I was wondering the same thing, since the Kent's adoption was not legal. There is a Filipino stand up comic who does the voice of a maid for the Justice League who compmlains that INS is always picking on her, and not on Superman who is also an "alien" because he's white. Funny comic. Also gets into a fight with Aquaman for frying fish. "I just want to eat my Pilipino food . . . I'm sorry Aquamaaaaaaan!"Ampoliros wrote:Do they talk about Superman being an illegal alien?

Paul of Dune was so bad it gave me a seizure that dislocated both of my shoulders and prolapsed my anus.
