Germany claims to produce more kilowatt-hours than anyone else -
may be true, the US may produce more or the same on any given day.
I personally think we're about equal this year. (Free-floating current
information is hard to get ahold of - if you look back to about 2002, Germany
was certainly the powerhouse) Denmark's been producing since the 70s,
they claim to produce the most kilowatt-hours per capita.
I think Spain has to have the lead in numbers of turbines operating, but
they have huge farms of the smaller turbines, the ones made in Portugal.
Also, when they say "windfarm", it could mean anything from less than
a hundred turbines to over a thousand. Google will still tell you Horse
Hollow (in West Texas) is the "World's Largest Windfarm" with 421
operating turbines. That was Phase One, completed almost three years
ago now, and was the largest at the time. Then a couple of others got
bigger, then we went back to Horse Hollow and put 3 more phases -
so there's over a thousand there now, just south of Abilene.
and Freak, I don't think it's considered deviant unless she has a tail ....

We have a halloween cat ears hairband, the kids like to dress up... and my wife was wearing it when I came home one night. I guess one of the kids had put it on her.
Well, later that night, I asker her NOT to take it off.

I wore cat ears and a bit shaggy black cloak all through my senior year in high school... but that was more to piss off the principle than because of being a furry.I have a confession...

I've never seen The Shining, so I can't answer that D: I've heard of it, though.Furries? Like in The Shining?
As for wind farms... I know Iowa has some, but I dunno how many. I like to watch the semis hauling the pieces of the turbines down the road though. One of them almost got stuck under an overpass once. Held up traffic for half an hour Till they figured to let some air out of the tires.

I think what's ever more disturbing is that this kind of thing happens so often, they actually coined a term for it. *shudders*SandChigger wrote:Eeeew. Could have done without that reminder....
Have you seen Shelly Duval? If you're trying to creep out an already creepy looking woman like that, you need to be as serious as possibleinhuien wrote:Why so serious, you think it was thier 1st time?GamePlayer wrote: Something tells me he wasn't looking for truffles in the butler's pants

:D is ecstaticly happyDude ... like ... your eyes are under your mouth....
You're not just kinky ... you're deformed.
D: is amusingly horrified/saddened
I see a lot of the second one from people just coming into contact with furries.
In all seriousness, me and my gf dun dress up to do 'stuff'. Kinda defeats the purpose, doesn't it?
We're more like stay at home furries who dun do anything generally considered furry-related (conventions, meetings, fursuits, etc). The crazy cat lady/man down the street.
Literally.
Gameplayer: That picture pretty much sums up how furries are usually generalized D:
