I heard that a lot of people used to tell Mickey Rourke that he looked a lot like Jeff Bridges.

I don't know about all that,
but alot of people used to tell
Jeff Bridges that he'd end up
looking like Willie ... Jeff didn't
believe it then ...

You sure you don't have one of those bars across the back seat with all your work clothes hanging there?
My dad had one of those in the '80s.
I don't know if it's just me, but if you're the guy in your avatar, you kinda look like Mickey Rourke.

My cousing seems to think the same thing. I told him I was only getting two but when I left the parlor Saturday he said: "Let me know when you're ready for your next one."

Although my husband is now talking about getting at least one done, and my oldest son is also talking about a tatt he would like. Looks like we just might be a 'marked' family.

use multicolored sharpies, they last for a long while, and you can change the picture when ya want to. Like the art, just not being marked permanently, limited amount of canvas.

But to each his/her own.

I want to be totally covered from the jawline down eventually (probably will get my face done too, but that'll be when I'm way older, after my parents have passed... don't want to make them look at me with tattoos on my face!), and when I die I want to be skinned and have the skin put on display in a tattoo exhibit.

I used to want to open a museum or exhibit of human skin with tattoos, but then I found out it's already done so I figured why reinvent the wheel? I'll just contribute to an existing one when I die. I'm sure most of my tattoos will be pretty faded and blurred by then though!

Never do anything your parents would be ashamed of. At least, that's what I tell my kids.

That's pretty much my philosophy, or at the very least don't let them find out about it. I just don't think I'd look like their son anymore if I covered my face with celtic knotwork or some such, my other tattoos don't bother them in the least, but I'm not out to cause them uncomfort or sadness and I know a face tattoo would do that. Plus, it's hard to go through life with a tattoo on your face, but once I'm 65 or so it won't matter anymore, and I'll have had a few decades to think about it. :D

By that time a full face tattoo will probably be pretty tame anyways. I'm pretty sure even sharpened ears, teeth, implanted horns even will be pretty "retro". 40 years from now kids will probably be replacing their eyes with globes full of fire, having fully functional tails, angle wings (doubt they'll get those functional in our gravity though), have robotic snakes instead of hair, voice modulators that put crazy fx on their speach, video screens implanted under their skin so they can have animated images, change colour, all that cool shit... man, tattoos will seem about as "hardcore" as having a goatee by then. :D
