I hope it's just as simple as "I don't feel like posting there any longer." But I'd at least expect a virtual middle finger in one final post if that was the case.

None of anyone else's life here is any of my business; I understand that. But I admit to being a bit worried.

I'm a little concerned about GP too. The scary thing is that someone here could just up and die and the rest of us would probably never find out.

I wish we knew how to get in contact with either of them.

I just asked B.B. over on FB if he and GP ever ended up getting together for beers, but they hadn't. I tried contacting GP through his Macross site, but no joy.

Sent Orald a note through YouTube a while back, but never got a response there, either.

Well, I think I've said it here before, but I have asked my husband and my children that if something should happen to me for them to come onto here and two other sites to let my friends on there know.

Then again...maybe I'm deluding myself and noone on those sites would give a flying patuuty if I did disappear w/o a word.

Well I hope we get some news soon. I don't want to think I'm the only sane person in Texas if a turn for the worst did occur.

On another site I post on, a girl died and her friend came online to let everyone know. After a while she was rumbled, as the 'friend' was really the girl who was supposed to be dead who was just trying to get attention. You'd have thought after that she'd have left the site in shame, but she just carried on posting and even started a thread, asking someone to call the ambulance for her as she was bleeding from her anus.

(But maybe ... she really did need an ambulance. Depending on what she was wearing on it at the time of insertion, removing her head could have resulted in significant tearing....)

I seem to recall GP stating that when he leaves he's just goes, no blaze no drama. Perhaps some of our butterflies have flown.

well, wish I had a real dramatic-type story to spin y'all,
but the simple truth is that the brand new desktop computer
I got over the summer threw up its' motherboard on 20 October,
and I just didn't give a fuck enough to get it fixed.

spent almost all of November travelling around Texas doing
re-enactments, camped on the Liando Plantation for 14 straight
days, and so on.

bought myself a new compact tractor with backhoe in December,
drove the Mexicans like mules and cleared a shitload of cactus ....

finally realized I still hadn't fixed the machine, sent it back to the
manufacturer - they fixed it and returned it last week. just plugged
it in. works fine. had a thousand spam emails ....
