Beyond The Charts will feature novels and movies in the fantasy, sci-fi, horror, alternate history genres, To name a few. David also plans on having harder edge, hard to find music like prog rock, goth and industrial along with comic books, and games.

Currently his site is still under construction. He is also offering prelaunch specials on his discount cards while he is getting his site ready. He is hoping to open the virtual doors sometime here in the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2009. Until his site is up, you can reach him at his MySpace or follow him on Twitter if you are interested in his discount cards and his store in general.

I smell a conspiracy, and I'm reporting you to

committee deals with internet douchebags.

So it looks like David's claims of "just wanting to support" that Dilly idiot over at Amazon are, shall we say, not a full disclosure.

One of his Facebook friends is June McKee, too. She's a noted KJA apologist and review terrorist. Her latest shrill rant can be found at Amazon's Winds page.

I'm smelling a conspiracy! What do you think of all this, Bri-Guy?

I'm smelling it too. Smells like... death, or perhaps maybe that's the urine building up in the corner of Pesty's cage.

I wonder if this is the one that finally get me banned from Amazon ?
Dollars to donuts it disappears, tho.
SandRider says:
DJ sez:
"SandRider, you don't have to read through the whole post, just skim until your eyes spot your name. That's not too hard now, is it? You do know what your name looks like that the subconscious would trigger for you to start reading where it's located, right? It's a small section anyway. Probably wasn't worth your time the first time around. You'll see it. It's an accurate quote. You can check. I quoted you from page 8, second post down, posted on Aug 10, 2009 11:15 PM PDT I don't have to requote you because the quote of you is already in a previous post. Just take the time to read it and check the accuracy of the quote and tell me how I misinterpreted it."

I, the SandRider, sez:
eff that. you copy & paste whatever it is
your babbling about. I'm not backing up
for nobody. (t_ts or gtfo)

The Pest sez: "But thanks for the plug for my AoC site."
DJ sez: "Besides, by plugging your site, he's plugging mine too. "

whoo-boy. ya'll are kinda new at this, ain't ya ?
ask Keith and Merritt and a hundred other webwhiners about
Outcast "plugs" ...

The Pest sez: "ask him to disclose his relationship to the other posters here."

we all live on a communal Mormon ranch outside of El Dorado, Texas.
Only Chigger & I are actually married in the Eyes of the Church.
Everyone else are our Children.

DJ sez: "I've gotta' go to the store and get some milk."

is that code for something ?

The Pest lies & sez: "I am not receiving compensation from David James or any other source that I am blogging about here, or at any other blog site. "

except for the 5% from amazon for the store-link @ your site.
http://armiesofchaos.com/the-chaos-bookstore" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
of course, the fact that the only books you've sold from there have been
to yourself & your plethora of web-alteregos does kinda of moot the actual
point, but not the spirit ...

E.E. sez "Are you two sissy's done cyber screwing each other? "

not by a long shot ;}
on the other hand, after 109 posts, I think the amazon mods aren't paying attention.
I'd imagine even they get fed up with bitches & whiners like DJ & The Pest ...
{sounds like a 70s sitcom, huh ? I like that .... look for it again !}

Things certainly have been busy on Pusster Dilly's "review" thread, huh? :roll:

Pestie's time doesn't permit him to actually answer anything substantial here, but he has oodles of it for posting at Amazon. :lol:

That made me think of a good question for KJAcket: Does NP know you call him a friend?

It seems to me that Bear tries to distance himself from the pest somewhat but that doesn't stop him from kissing his ass anyway acting like he's taking sides on the issue. If there was any doubt about what an idiot Conway is this should remove it.

BTW, nice find! He was bragging about having a conversation with an author on Amazon about this issue, and now we can see it for what it really was...pathetic.

Oh, dear ... that's just awful.

Brian, you sold your soul to TheKJA a long time ago; we already know that. Justify it any way you want to, but it won't change the facts.

The Pest forgot to ask what Greg Bear thinks about the quality of writing by Fluffy and Muffy.

I doubt GB has read them. Or that he would criticize them in public. Apart from being discourteous, GB and the hacks twain share the same publisher.

If someone sent a notice to Greg Bear detailing connie's tactics on the internet and how he's abusing Greg's comments, I wonder what Bear would have to say about connie's motives? :)

Re: Pest Watch

Greg Bear sez:"I don't (often) push people to pump up my reviews on Amazon, and in my experience, only clearly corrupt, slanderous, or inappropriate reviews get pulled there."

jacurutu sez: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=798&p=20564" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

SandRider sez: add Bear to the Idiot's List ...

Re: Pest Watch

No, what Bear sez is

"What Brian and Kevin have done with the new DUNE series is successfuly extend the franchise for a new generation, and keeping (and feeding) a loyal fan base seems a smart move on their part. The controversy is probably similar in many respects to the old/new STAR WARS debates."

Bear, Sanderson ... they stick together, don't they? :roll:

Fuck 'em.

And of course the opinions of writers matter more than those of fans, because, well, you know, only a writer can judge another writer. :roll:

(Which preeq argument was that? :P )
