Had a nice pint of Yorkshire stout and there wasn't a pissed up twat wearing a green novelty Guinness hat in sight. Success at last.

Yeah, this is the night to avoid — too many poseurs. And, yes, I get it: you made the beer green. Get over it.

Also, you kids get the hell off my lawn!

I didn't even have any beer yesterday, just some gin.

I had some juice out of a sippy-cup, one coke and a glass of water. Then I watched SVU, turned in and read After Worlds Collide.

Life is so exciting.

lol, I live less than 2 blocks from an Irish bar that is standing room only on St. Patrick's, I thought I was going to have to use that line last night, but once I fell asleep the closing-time drunks didn't disturb me at all ...

I'll go back in there for a Smithwick's this afternoon and ask the bartenders how bad it got last night.
