okay, so I guess we won't need a separate thread for "deleted OCD Facebook posts" ....

shouldn't be much longer and all the OH will be blocked, anyway, and the traffic there
will go back to OCD web-presence normal ...

stat-master Thing should figure out how to do a comparison showing the the drop-off rate
of the already-low postings Over There when the Facebook went up - I still say they plan
to just kill the DN forum before "The Movie" and conduct the propaganda war via Facebook
& Twitter ...

Sorry, I'm not totally following, when did this FB page go up that you want me to compare posts at DN before and after?

Well, BB was still active here then, so it's been well over a year, I think....

Edit:

Sept 12, 2008

viewtopic.php?p=20038#p20038" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Not quite two years yet. But it's been a great year and a half for HLP censorship.

LONG LIVE THE FASCIST HERBERTS!

Yes, nice one. I added "The new book are a part of Frank Herbert's vision in the same way that the foot is a part of the eyeball." But it's been deleted.

Although, it would have been nice if they had finished the inquels first, but as long as they get back to those once they're finished with the schools, then that's okay with me. I'm still working my way through some of the other DUNE novels I haven't read yet anyway. Every time I think I've read all that can possibly take place in the DUNE universe, I open up another book (whether an original by Frank Herbert or one of the continuations by the team of Brian and Kevin) and am constantly blown away with the story told within the covers no matter who writes it. This is a universe that can be explored long after Brian and Kevin have passed away and should definitely be kept within the Herbert family under Herbert control as Brian has done and if future generations want to use the help of another author too like he did then I hope they find another good one like Kevin. I see a lot more that can be told in the history of this universe going back to the past before the DUNE saga begins, and far into the future beyond the DUNE saga. As much as I'm looking forward to the Hellhole trilogy, I am definitely a DUNE fan and am glad that Brian and Kevin are filling in as many gaps as they can with the material Frank left behind.

Porcine.

That's the word that always comes first to mind when I see David James' profile pic on Twitter or Facebook.

David James is a big member of KJASF.

And I mean big as in HUGE. HUMONGOUS. FUCKING ROLLS OF ENORMITY.

But doesn't he look KILLER in his leathers. Mmm...hawt.

And you want to know what puts the icing on the cake? The fact that the sanctimonious prick hasn't even read all of FH's Dune books YET.
