Re: Frank Walden, wrongful death attorney
Actually, it's Frank A. Walden who is black swan to James C. Harwood's white swan. Jimmy was careful to make that distinction, adding the middle initial "A" to avoid the wrath of Frank T. Walden, coincidentally right after SR posted that someone should get in touch with Frank T. and let him know his identity was being used to fake a death on the internet.

That guy is a WD/tort attorney is Florida. I remember finding that site back when that was the hot-button issue here and at T(A)U.

Re: Frank Walden, wrongful death attorney
He shows up very high on some generic Google searches for various types of attorneys, including the top spot in some cases.
It seems clear that that's why Charwood picked the name. He did a Google search, got that result, and just ran with it. If the top result had been "Dunwoody X. McAllister IV" he just would have gone with that. It's all pretty meaningless.

I should have guessed this would be old news ^^
Yeah well, let's remember fondly the good times we had with James before his fateful demise at the tentacles of the lunar squids, why not !

jesus-GAWD, dude, that new hairy-tick avatar is AUHmazing ....
sometimes I still have a hardtime believing charwood actually gave up the internet ghost ...
I would think that by now he's had enough time to construct a new on-line identity,
but I think he knows he couldn't post any of his "novel" anywhere without one of us
eventually stumbling across it and starting the whole thing all over again ...
man, would I love that ...

Me too. He was the most fun of them all; even more fun than Hyppo (cept maybe for when I got her on HA and gloated about Arrakeen being taken away from her). Ah, memories...

Re: Frank Walden, wrongful death attorney
I need to get in touch with Frank A. Walden, because in the days immediately following James C. Harwood's death, my computer detected a virus from trying to visit his blog. So, I can only assume that Frank A. Walden, blog attorney, was responsible for this vicious, libelous, slanderous act of cyberterrorism.
