And for what it's worth, I nearly chewed my leg off to escape the "Dune Prequels". I had hoped that the Dreadful Duo had had some self-respect - Brian Herbert's Sudanna Sudanna had shown quite some promise imho - but, not, nothing like even Whipping Star, which is where Frank Herbert's Not At His Best. Just dreadful.

Unlike our lesson from Dune where remaining in the trap to protect the species is the human move, in the case of the prequels it's better to do the animal thing and get out of there.
