It's another one of those where the reviewer basically slags it off but then doesn't give it the one star it deserves.

This Klausner sounds like the ultimate scam; a corporate plant with the facade of a grassroots champion. Even if she is her own person, her non-reviews are effectively useless from any qualitative point of view. But hey, we live in the era where quantity is apparently all that matters to get published. It's a complete scam; everything about ol' Harriet is a lie.

Amazon must share the blame, though. They are unwilling to change their ridiculous review system despite the overwhelming evidence of how broken it is.
